湊ひかり学園は、生活介護・地域活動支援・放課後デイサービス・児童発達支援事業を展開し、幅広い年代の支援を継続し、利用者の生命の安全を基軸に、
よりよく生きる力の形成、また、よりよく生きるための支援を引き続き行っていく。また障害者総合福祉法がめざすべきポイントの平等と公平な支援・本人のニー
ズに合った支援サービスが図れる様に常日頃から利用者・保護者との関係を構築し、職員間の情報共有化の中での適切な支援が行える体制作りに努めていき
ます。施設長変更による、職責体制が乱れないように組織機構を維持し利用者支援が停滞しないように業務遂行するとともに消費税率変更等による経済状況を
考察しながら開園１０年を迎え建物・設備等老朽化による修繕・取替の長期計画を作成しコスト管理を徹底し、安定経営が行えるよう制度の動向及び事業展開を
議論していきたいと思います。
